Vegan Kabobs for Summer!

Marinate tempeh in olive oil, soy sauce, garlic cloves, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and lemon juice for 2 hours. Cut up any other veggies like red pepper, whole shallots, onions, baby eggplant, cherry tomato, zucchini, mushrooms and marinate for an hour with lemon juice, Braggs liquid aminos, and olive oil. Skewer, BBQ and serve. They were a hit!
