Based on the answers and exercise goals, we will plan a fitness program that fits the your needs and goals.
Your individual fitness consultation will include:

• A Workout Session Tailored to Your Needs
The plan is built around exercises that are enjoyable and suitable for your schedule.
After the first session, we may only meet once or twice to get started with the exercise program or meet on regular basis.
