1 capful Braggs apple cider vinegar with The Mother
Juice of 1/2 to 1 whole lemon or lime
Dash of cayenne pepper

Frozen organic blueberries
Frozen collard greens
1 banana
2 scoops pea protein
1 teaspoon triphala
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 cup coffee with soy milk
1 cup filtered water
2 inches fresh ginger with skin on
1 heaping tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
1 raw egg
Dust with cinnamon
